These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of TraktCRM Web’s lead management tool. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • TraktCRM: refers to TraktCRM Web’s lead management platform, including pipelines, deals, and related tool.
  • We / Our / Us refers to TraktCRM Web.

2. Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Use of Service

  • You may use TraktCRM Web solely for managing leads, deals, and pipelines.

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

5. Data Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of your lead and business data.
  • By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your data for providing the service.

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Access to premium features may require subscription fees.
  • Fees are billed according to the plan you choose.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The TraktCRM Web platform, design, and features are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account anytime; however, no refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 6 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TraktCRM Web harmless against claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
